The three museums in the campus of the University
The Museum of the Mongolian Nomadic Civilization. Back in 1972, the history of this museum has began. B. Bunchin, a graduate of this University and scholar after defending the degree of the doctorate on the theme “The Harnesses of Riding Livestock’, set up this museum with his collection of materials and harnesses. After he passed away this museum was extended and enriched with materials, equipment and tools of nomads of pasture livestock. Museum of Nature. One can see in it stuffed figures of rear animals, sheep and goats of Mongolia in the glass boxes as well as the most important works of the scholars of the Agricultural University and the various plants of this country. Museum of Pathology. In this Museum of Pathology of the Veterinary Institute the morbid anatomy cases found in Mongolia are shown to the students as a teaching material.
